The Concept

• The main occupation of people along the coastal region of Bayelsa state is fishing. M-RITE’s implementation COVID-19 vaccination service delivery through the mobile teams in line with SCALES 3.0, specifically targeting the underserved along the numerous creeks in the state to boost herd immunity.As part of the efforts to record key interventions that enable proper cataloguing of events and success stories, projects choose to use videographers to create documentaries

Rationale

• M-RITE intends to support Creek to creek vaccination of fishing camps and settlements across the coastal areas of Bayelsa State.

Objective

• Provide extended creek-to-creek COVID-19 vaccinations in Bayelsa with Creek 2 Creek Catch up teams (CCC teams) and record key events during vaccination intervention in Bayelsa State

Quotation for the Provision of Boat, Motor Bike and Car Hire

• As a part of the preparation for this exercise,the STL, Staff and Mobile Team will be going round all the Creeks in Bayelsa State for the RI Creek-to-Creek COVID-19 Vaccination activity; thus, Boat, Motor Bike and Car Hire Service vendors are expected to send in their quotes, forprovision of services (intra-city travels and within locations in the LGAs).

Delivery Location

• The Car Hire, Boat, Motor Bike services shall be provided to JSI/M-RITE Staff to cover the 8 LGAs in Bayelsa State; conveying staff to and from their locations to above LGAs.

Requirement / Evaluation Criteria
Bidders are expected to submit properly signed financial bid/ quotation with company’s letter head paper:

• Cost
• Bank Detail
• Validity period of quote
• Specification
• Vendors from Bayelsa are strongly recommended and encouraged
