Job Title: Online Sales Manager

Location: Airport Road, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Manager. The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the online sales operations of the company, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets and objectives, and developing new business relationships.
• The Online Sales Manager will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, and with the Operations team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, online marketing,online sales management or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute online sales strategies, and to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, within the ability to use data to drive business decisions and improve performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in developing and implementing online sales strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics to inform decisions and improve performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with, lead and manage a team.
