Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our business. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Proactively seek out potential clients and engage in lead generation activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Anticipate client needs and propose solutions to enhance their experience and meet their evolving requirements.
Business Development:
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new offerings or tailor existing ones to meet market demands.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand the client base.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential clients.
Clearly articulate the company's value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Manage and prioritize leads to ensure a consistent and efficient sales pipeline.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in sales and business development roles, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
