Job Description

• We are looking to employ an experienced Client Service/Project Manager in an Experiential Marketing Agency to handle specific projects and interface between the agency and the clients.
• He/she will attend to all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• The role entails collaborating with relevant departments to address Client needs in a timely manner, ideate and proffer prompt solutions to Clients’ complaints, and providing regular updates to Management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating solid relationships with Clients through the provision of excellent service.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate, Train, and deploy Brand Ambassadors/promoters for activations, and other Projects.
• Conduct a market survey and generate a competitive analysis of current market trends of brands.
• Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
• Exceptional customer service skills & relationship management
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a Client Service/Project Manager, and record of specific accomplishment such as target met and on-time project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PM tools.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
