We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food Server

Essential Duties

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Taking guests' orders and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring accuracy and presentation of dishes before delivering to the guests.
• Attending to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Handling guest payments and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upholding our high standards of hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• A positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
