Job Description

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HR intern who will be responsible for providing support in various aspects of HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation and filing.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Support HR related inquiries and provide information to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• Payroll Administration.
• Carry out HR Advisory roles to assigned organisations.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Nigerian Labour laws and HR practices is desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal) and Strong interpersonal skills
• Quick and fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
