Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, mini bar, and restaurant.
• Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services:

• Welcome and assist guests during checkin and checkout.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure guests' needs are met and they have a comfortable stay.

Staff Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and restaurant staff.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Operations Oversight:

• Monitor and manage room reservations, ensuring maximum occupancy and efficient allocation of rooms.
• Oversee the operation of the mini bar and restaurant, ensuring quality service and efficient inventory management.

Quality Control:

• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Budget Management:

• Assist in budget preparation and control expenditures within the allocated budget range.
• Monitor and report on financial performance and suggest cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
