Job Summary

• As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you would work closely with various departments and stakeholders, including external agencies, to drive brand strategy and adoption, brand marketing and communication, digital marketing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital and traditionalmarketing tactics, to achieve the company's objectives.
• Digital Platform Promotion: Take the lead in marketing on our digital platforms, drive customer acquisition, engagement, and platform adoption.
• Brand Management: Enhance the brand image, visibility, and market presence across all marketingchannels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with all stakeholders with the support of the Managing Director, and to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives and communication strategies.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately to achieve optimal return on investment.
• Marketing Analytics: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns andactivities to inform future strategies.
• Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to enhance performance and promote positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree ispreferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing and advertising channels, both digital and traditional.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
