Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Awka - Anambra, Uyo - Akwa Ibom and Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plan required to build brand visibility to ensure the team achieves its target.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
• Recruit, train, retain and manage 4 competent unit sales managers.
• Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales target.
• Excellent understanding of the terrain and field marketing.
• Must be target-driven and self motivated.
• Experience in sales of Insurance is an advantage.
