Job Title: Secondary Sales Logistics Manager

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To ensure the secondary sales fleet is running effectively & efficiently
• To support the sales to reach the target as regards fleet management
• Process optimization and improvement
• Team management staff training and attendance management
• To ensure new vehicle regulation, insurance, document renewal
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs manage staff
• Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
• Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures
• Implement health and safety procedures
• Set objectives, manage staff training and motivate other members of the team
• Plan and manage projects, work on new supply strategies and plan vehicle routes.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in relevant areas
• 5 to 7 years experience with FMCG experience mandatory

Salary

• N200,000 - N250,000 monthly with other benefits (based on experience).
