Job Description

• As the Head of Africa, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy and leading the company’s operations in Africa.
• This role involves leading cross-functional teams, identifying and driving strategic projects, and expanding their presence in African markets.

What should you do to be considered successful?

• Lead and oversee the company's business operations and growth in Africa, including strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Drive brand and revenue growth in Uncover’s core markets (Kenya & Nigeria)
• Lead Uncover’s regional expansion strategy, leading market entry and expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, authorities, andstakeholders.
• Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and driverevenue.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with thecompany's objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potentialpartnerships.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and marketentry strategies.
• Initiate, plan, and lead high-impact strategic projects to improve the company'soverall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectimplementation.

What should you have done in your career?

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Advanced Degree
• Previous C-suite leadership roles in a startup
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operationsmanagement.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and expansion in the African market.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the industry market in Africa.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations, culture, and business practices in African markets is aplus
