We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for providing back-office support and business analysis for the sales team.
• He or she is responsible for developing routine and ad hoc reports for the team and providing sales administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports for the stations.
• Prepare and analyze weekly reports.
• Process expenses (imprest, capital expenses, approvals) for retail stations.
• Carry out a survey of competitors’ prices for various products.
• Provide support functions for managers.
• Act as relief for managers on leave.
• Government regulators management.
• Vendor management.
• Process various licenses and ensure that they are renewed as when due.
• Ensure managers comply with the various set policies.
• Any other function assigned by Group Head, Retail Sales.
• Prepare and track letters and correspondence.

Person Specification

• A minimum of a B.Sc in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related discipline is required.
• Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales and Marketing Skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
