Role Description

• We are looking for dedicated sales promoters to join our marketing team. The sales promoter's responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• To be successful as a sales promoter, you should be passionate about the products and have the ability to inspire others as well.
• Outstanding sales promoters are able to make genuine connections with customers and tailor their presentations to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Creating awareness of brand and services.
• Actively engaging with customers in various locations and outlets
• Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services
• Demonstrating the benefits of our brand over competing brands
• Distribute product flyers, gift cards and vouchers to source new clients and sales opportunities
• Persuades customers or potential clients to buy our products and services
• Suggest purchase options and invite customers to upcoming events
• Submit daily sales report
• Create a relevant network of clients for the company.
• Searching for new business opportunities for the company

Qualifications / Requirements

• Relevant qualifications
• Experience in retail recommended.
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent observation skills.
• Must be charismatic, flexible, persuasive, and highly diplomatic.
