Job Title: Online Sales Manager

Location: Airport Road, Abuja (FCT)

Role Description

• We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Manager to join our team in Abuja as a full-time on-site employee.
• As the Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online sales team to maximize the company's online sales growth.
• This includes developing, implementing, and managing the online sales strategy, driving traffic to the company's website, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop best practices for online sales and customer services
• Developand implement online sales strategies and techniques forrevenue growth and ultimately enhancing the online customer experience and building overall client loyalty
• Develop and implement social media strategies to create awareness and attract buying customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner
• Evaluate and enhance marketing and sales activities and develop new opportunities
• Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth
• Create and develop innovative ways to attract new customers and maintain existing ones
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create and develop multimedia content in line with company’s brand messaging and client’s needs
• Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business
• Promote and create awareness for the company and its products over multiple social media and e-commerce platforms
• Conduct research on current trends and strategies
• Must be a team player and able to manage of team
• Must be residing within Abuja and be available for a physical interview.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce and social media management.
• Proven experience as an Online Sales Manager.
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, including e-commerce marketplaces, social media, email marketing, and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data analysis, market research, and sales management tools
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving sales performance
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in online sales and marketing
• Experience in the fashion or beauty industry is a plus.
