General Manager - Operation at Cutting Edge Business and Leadership Academy

Cutting Edge Business & Leadership Academy (CEBLA) is into cutting edge human capacity, HR and consulting services. Located in Lekki Ajah Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager - Operation

Location: Festac Town extension, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient fleet/logistics operations for profitability
• Improve operational management systems and processes in consonance with best practice
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve operations and profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any Social Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as General Manager overseeing fleet and logistics operations for effectiveness, efficiency and profitability
• Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge in basic finance and budgeting
• Professional Certification will be of advantage.
