Job Description 

• Are you an expert communicator with a flair for driving sales and providing top-notch customer service? We are in search of energetic and devoted Digital Sales Representatives to be part of our full-time team at our Yaba Office in Nigeria.
• As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be crucial in interacting with customers, securing orders, and ensuring the successful delivery of products. If you are driven, convincing, and ready to embrace a fulfilling challenge, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers who opt for the payment-on-delivery method for placing orders.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to confirm orders and facilitate purchases.
• Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Play a role in upholding a positive customer experience throughout the order and delivery process.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a convincing demeanor.
• Capability to establish rapport and build trust with customers via phone.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter attitude with a goal-driven approach.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and software.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Salary

• N50,000 - N100,000 / month (Competitive + Commission).
