Job Description

• Drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and other legal documents including service agreements, master agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and other general commercial contracts;
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions and partnerships
• Due diligence searches
• Advising on business structuring and restructuring, Joint Ventures and other partnership arrangements;
• Advising on the wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions including private equity, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, amongst others
• Evaluate new business partnerships with Client’s vendors and subcontractors.
• Design and oversee the Client’s policy and position on legal matters.Protect the Clients against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to Client’s new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of Clients.Guide Clients on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Preparation of reports and write-ups on relevant issues in the corporate commercial world.Advising on tax incentives and financial complianceCompany registration
• Trademark registrationProcessing of licences, permits and approvals from regulatory agenciesManagement of complex cross-jurisdictional transactions
• Provision of proper and regular updates to Clients
• Managing Client interviews
• Effective use of the Gresyndale app and other software as may be introduced from time to time
• Review of colleagues’ work
• Attending office meetings
• Carrying out any other function assigned to the department.
