An Abuja based company that majors in Agricultural production and export is seeking to hire a proactive individual for the post of Business Development Executive.

Summary
To plan and deliver marketing actively in to organisation that proactively develops and retains clients and enhances revenue / income generation in accordance with agreed
Business plans and/ or market development strategy

Duties:

• Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market organisation’s products or services.
• Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and market share.
• Conduct marketing surveys on current trends in agricultural export and the sector as a whole.
• Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development
• Direct the marketing and Business development function of the organization
• Manage relationships with various prospective, clients, and partners.
• Market existing and new product through creation, development, and implementation of various marketing solutions.
• Provides input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
• Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.

Requirements:

• Any of the following BSC/HND/OND in any of the following, Administration, Management, or any related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts;
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work under little or no supervision
• The ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations
• Team player
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the agricultural export industry will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years post NYSC work experience.
