Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly experienced T-24 Support Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of expertise to join our dedicated support team.
As a T24 Support Specialist you will provide technical production support to their core banking application team, by delivering IT services to their customers.
You will understand the business requirements for change on all T24 projects, as well as designing high quality solutions.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and effective functioning of their T-24 core banking system.
The individual will have a deep understanding of T-24 modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in providing top-notch technical support.
This position requires the ability to independently monitor platform engagement and success metrics to help in the constant iteration process.

Responsibilities
Monitor the T-24 core banking system to ensure its continuous availability and optimal performance. Must also proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
Respond to and resolve T-24 system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner. The individual must collaborate with other support teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to the T-24 system. When necessary, the individual will also offer guidance and training to users as needed.
Investigate and troubleshoot T-24 application and database issues and must utilize diagnostic tools and logs to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Manage and coordinate the application of patches, updates, and hotfixes to the T-24 system and also ensure that the system is always up-to-date with the latest releases and security patches.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of T-24 system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions. The individual must contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
Work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to address T-24 system-related issues and improvements. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the overall success of the support team.
Conduct performance analysis of the T-24 system and recommend optimizations to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
Providing excellent technical production support to colleagues at all levels.
Supervising daily operations of LANS12, and WANS, network segments, internet, and intranet systems.
Implement and maintain workstation security, configuration, and configuration standards.
Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support for the T-24 core banking system.
In-depth knowledge of T-24 modules and functionalities.
Experience with T-24 system administration and configuration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting T-24 application and database issues.
Familiarity with patch management processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written plus ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills which includes ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Have a good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
Technical knowledge of Web/Application Servers and a strong understanding of SQL is important.
