• As the Service Project Manager, you will own project execution from order to customer acceptance.
• You will be primary contact for the customer during project execution.
• You will ensure customer satisfaction and coordinating with staff as appropriate to deliver successful project completion.

As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for delivery of equipment and the execution team to deliver a successful outages, upgrade and contract service agreement (CSA).
• Translating contract into detailed project plans while guiding internal execution to meet project targets.
• Supporting site team to manage the project schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements.
• Providing continuous communication to customer concerning site status to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction & HSE to become trusted advisor to customers.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Automation Engineering / Project Management or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or background field.
• Have significant experience of Field Services, with a focus on oil & gas and power generation segments.
• Have proven leadership skills—ownership mentality a must.
• Be proficient in English, Italian is a plus.
• Be Customer Service Oriented.
