A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Insurance Desk Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• To manage and process insurance applications and providing assistance with policy-related concerns.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing insurance policies and provide administrative support to the insurance team.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of Three (3) years Insurance experience preferably in similar organization.
• Proven experience in insurance operations, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with Nigerian insurance regulations and industry dynamics.
• Relevant professional certifications in insurance and risk management.
• Proficient in using insurance-related software and tools.
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices

Desirable:

• Any relevant professional certification is an advantage.
