Job Title: Technical Assistant

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a Technical Assistant with a focus on Digital Marketing/WordPress Development, to design and implement attractive and functional websites.
• You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture and designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues, Creating sales pages & Sales Funnel
• Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics, providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Execute various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to our industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer
• Solid Experience using WordPress and Elementor
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Solid understanding and experience running successful advertising campaigns, especially on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and channel marketing analytics.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
• Working Knowledge in Copy writing and Email marketing is key.
• Proficiency with graphics design software and Video editing skills or willingness to learn is an advantage
• Possess an ownership mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Salary range: N120,000 - N150,000 (Depending on experience)
