Job Title: Customer Service Representative

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are promptly addressed.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Processing orders, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining customer account information and updating it as necessary
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
• Assisting in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures
• Handling customer feedback and escalating complex issues to senior management as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving ability and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month
