Job Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Manager to join our team, specializing in supporting Staff and the Students.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing tailored school activities solutions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth, progress and success of Students at large.

Responsibilities

• Managerial Analysis: Conduct in-depth school day to day analysis for Head of sections, Management, evaluating key performance staff, sales trends, and inventory management.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents/clients, understanding their unique challenges and demands/needs.
• Strategic Educational Guidance: Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, assisting their children with their needs, Staff requests, day to day decision-making, intermediary between management & client etc.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about books & British curriculum, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance.
• Behavioral Assessment: Assess credit worthiness of Staff, Students, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and Admission, to develop comprehensive solutions for Head of sections & clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to School Administrator and Management.
• Education and Training: Provide education and training to Staff, empowering them to make informed Classroom decisions etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in School Administration, with a focus on School curriculum, calendars etc
• Understanding of educational industry dynamics, including inventory turnover, seasonal trends, and market competition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Educational modeling tools.
• Knowledge of school products and services.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and provide innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Obtained a Certificate from Nigerian Teachers Council Examination (Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria).
• Knowledge of Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.
