We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Job Overview

  • Generate leads and drive sales for our services.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Present and promote admissions consulting services to individuals and institutions.
  • Provide detailed information on the firm's offerings, addressing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and potential challenges.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall department efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in related industries is a plus.

Working Conditions
