Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Description

• VivaFlowers is currently seeking a customer-centric individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Order Processing:

• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Issue Resolution:

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Generate reports on customer service performance as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BSc, HND or OND.
• Previous experience in floral customer service is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
