We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • As a Sales Executive for our Milano property company,you will play a pivotal role in promoting and facilitating the rental, sale, and investment services provided by our organization.
  • Your primary focus will be on driving sales and rental of houses, handling land transactions, and promoting investment services to potential clients.
  • This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Sales of Houses:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential home buyers.
  • Showcase available houses to prospective clients, emphasizing features and benefits.
  • Provide detailed information on property specifications, pricing, and financing options.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Purchase & Sales of Land:

  • Engage with landowners and potential buyers to facilitate land transactions.
  • Conduct market research to determine the value of land and advise clients accordingly.
  • Coordinate and oversee the legal aspects of land transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to market and promote available land for sale.

Investment Services:

  • Educate clients on investment opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients for informed investment decisions.
  • Develop and present investment proposals tailored to clients' financial goals.
  • Assist clients in completing investment transactions and provide ongoing support.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Keep clients informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market insights.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on houses, land, and investment properties.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
