Responsibilities

• Design, prepare and fabricate surface joints and reinforcement with relevant software.
• Optimise and modularise your manufacturing strategies for cloud deployment in a programming language.
• Deliver high level and detailed Designs, create design document, testing, plan transition and implement documents provide technical leadership within projects.
• Ability to easily convey technical requirements to development resource.
• Ability to effectively present technical design details to both tech and non tech audience.
• Contribute to Projects plans.
• Offers creative solutions to challenges imposed by the model making processing of digital materials.
• Leading or being involved in the development of new model making techniques and having responsibility over updating and documenting our digital fabrication processes.
• Experience developing highly-detailed architectural physical models.
• Experience operating digital tools such as laser cutters and 3D printers.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and Adobe Suite.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements and Skills

• Registered Architect with 3-4 years creative experience in digital fabrication.
• Deep technical expertise and good understanding of the underlying business processes and systems.
• High commitment to meet business needs, service level and operational requirements.
• 3D modelling skills and knowledge of current and emerging software relevant to the design communication of architectural design.
• Parametric modelling skills.
• Record of digital projects.
• Experience with data management software and programming.
• Deep understanding of the construction / manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work well in a team. Excellent communication skills, written, digital and oral.
• Enthusiastic ideas and ability to prioritise workload.
• Needs to be proactive, extremely resourceful, able to operate effectively with minimal direction, and capable of effectively building strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
