Job Title: Assistant Store and Brand Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research markets and study the company’s brand
• Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
• Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
• Analyse industry, competition, and market trends
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
• Assist in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources
• Suggest sales training programs and techniques
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
• Handle complaints from customers
• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
• Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Brand Executive, Sales Executive, Senior Sales Associate, Sales Supervisoretc.
• Proven experience in brand management, store management, team management, inventory management and reporting
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze spreadsheets and sales statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Previous experience working in the retail, hair and beauty industry, and fashion industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills

Salary Budget
N250,000 - N350,000 Net Monthly.
