We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technology Deployment Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Purpose of the Job

• Responsible for deployment and dissemination of modern technology by training and providing technical support to farmers in order to emplace confidence in Topfeeds products in the designated region.

The Job

• Support the technology deployment manager (TDM) to schedule routine visits to farms in the area of coverage, with the resident sales representative (visits not necessarily in the company of the resident sales representative).
• Assist the TDM in providing technical support to farmers, customers and prospects alike; in order to add value to their operations.
• Carry out weekly visits to Key Feeder Farms (KFFs), collect weekly performance reports using the formats and send same to the reporting line by close of the week.
• Participate in monthly review meetings of the team.
• Collect, analyze and send weekly report of activities by close of the week to your reporting line manager.
• Ensure to schedule visits to cover all parts of the region under jurisdiction and respond to emergencies where necessary.
• Work closely with the TDM to organize technical sessions at Go to Market (GTM) activities by sharing knowledge and experience with farmers/partners.
• Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.

The Person Must

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have strong leadership and supervisory skills with the drive and focus to deliver results through teams.

Qualification

• B.Sc / HND in Animal Science, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related field.
• Registered Animal Scientist or registered member of Nigeria veterinary medicine association (NVMA) is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in related field.
• Experience in poultry, fish and Feed Industry.
