Job Title: Creative Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design:
  • Engaging graphic assets for advertising, marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.
  • Compelling photo and video campaigns that capture our brand’s essence and resonate with target audiences.
  • Innovative packaging and merchandise concepts that amplify product launches.
• Execute with excellence:
  • Translate concepts into high-quality visual storytelling across various media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business development, marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
• Stay ahead of the curve:
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends and adapt them to our brand’s strategy.
  • Experiment with new technologies and techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Actively engage with the design community and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Measure and improve:
  • Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Foster a culture of creative thinking and experimentation within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency or brand marketing role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing innovative visual campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in graphic design, photography, and videography.
