Job Brief

• We are looking for a result driven Assistant Store Manager to provide support to the Store Manager for the overall store and Inventory management of Raw and Packaging Materials. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, retail management.
• Assistant Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising Store officers.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of both internal and external customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Propose innovative ideas to improve inventory record
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
• Additional Assistant store manager duties as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• BSc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• B.Sc or HND in Economics, Business Administration or any related course in Logistics and Supply Chain with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a reputable Pharmaceutical organization as a Stores and logistics Manager.
• Proven successful experience as a Store Manager in a Pharmaceuticals industry
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management, Proficient in standard logistics, software Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
