Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations and strategic direction of their real estate company.
• The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team, drive business growth, and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and formulate business development strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, budget allocation, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market position.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role within the real estate sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving company goals.
• Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / month.
