Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Lagos

The Challenge

• We are looking for an energized cloud infrastructure engineer who will work as part of the team to build, optimize, secure, and manage client's infrastructure.
• You would answer complex infrastructure issues and challenges, apply automation, and help both the team and the clients further in their cloud journey.
• You must have a strong knowledge of engineering your way around Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments.

The Role

• Assist in design and implementation of enterprise solutions
• Evaluate, test, develop, and implement complex technical solutions
• Provide leadership on all design and standards issues including analysis, development, and implementations
• Develop and implement procedures and documentation for ensuring ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of the environment consistent with industry standards
• Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software technology and product standards
• Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, and culture) and financial impact.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex issues
• Identify, integrate, monitor, and improve security controls by understanding business processes and requirements.

Ideal candidate will have

• HND / B.Sc Degree
• 3+ years' experience as a cloud administrator
• You have solid experience with setting up and maintaining Azure environments (Azure DevOps, Azure Arc, Azure Migration, Cloud Adoption Framework, Governance and so on)
• You have experience with both on-premises and cloud environments.
