Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Reports To: Head of Operations

Job Description 

• We are recruiting Operations Officer who will bookloans, ensure disbursement and reconciliation.
• Ensure customer-related issues are resolved timely within stipulated turnaround time in compliance with approved policies.

Responsibilities 
The ideal candidate will:

• Ensure the prompt and accurate disbursement of approved customer loan requests within the established turn-around time.
• Book loans and create loan accounts on the company’s Core Banking Application
• Prepare and promptly submit monthly deduction schedules of all parastatals and agencies within the time frame established by receiving authorities.
• Ensure that repayment schedules are prepared and uploaded to relevant portals and applications.
• Prepare and promptly submit monthly reconciliation reports of various customer agencies.
• Ensure speedy resolution of customer complaints within the Approved TAT.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk.
• Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
The suitable candidate should have:

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional Qualifications like ICAN, ACCA, CIBN is a plus
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Financial Services
• Conversant with Regulatory Standards
