Roles & Responsibilities

• The facility Officer is to support facility operations, assist in day-to-day maintenance and safety tasks, contribute to the overall upkeep and functionality of the facility to create a comfortable and secure environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Town Planning or allied fields.
• Must be eligible for registration with relevant professional bodies.
• Must have completed the one-year compulsory NYSC
• Must be computer literate.

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess the minimum academic and professional requirements for each role as stated below.
• Unless otherwise stated, a minimum of a second-class lower degree is required and the candidate must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
• Candidate must also be computer literate, technology savvy, possess good interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in teams.
