Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description 

• A startup property firm in the sub-hub of Lagos Island is currently looking to engage the services of an Estate Surveyor to oversee and deliver a high quality, efficient, and effective property management service for the organization's property portfolio including new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, valuations and general estates management issues with the aim tocreate value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of the organization and its clients

Job Responsibilities 

• Property Management.
• Inspection, Market Survey, and Analysis of Asset
• Valuation of Properties
• Present land information and details to new property owners or investors
• Settle legal disputes regarding property ownership
• Record accurate property lines and plots with the local land use authorities.
• Facility/property management
• Marketing company properties for sale and letting
• Business development through upgrading of portfolio
• Liaising between the company and vendors
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds, and leases
• Perform to earn Management’s full confidence
• Assure discreet handling of all business
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Estate Management
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization
• You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a property
• The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision-making, and a hands-on approach.

Budget / Salary

• N200,000 - N400,000 / month. 
• Attractive monthly salary and benefits above minimum industry standards.
