We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • We are a startup property firm, Affiliated with Protea Hotel By Marriot, Lagos Kuramo Waters, and in the sub-hub of Lagos Island currently looking to engage the services of an experienced company Secretary with competent experience in managing the company’s secretarial duties.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports as well as filing them
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings. E.g taking minutes and agenda for meetings
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Responding to emails.
  • Preparing conference rooms for meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the superiors

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • A graduate of Secretarial Studies or a similar field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Salary / Budget

  • N100,000 - N150,000 / month. 
  • Attractive monthly salary and benefits above minimum industry standards.
