Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Controller who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of Glover.
• This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insightful financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Lead the annual/periodic budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial goals.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to assist in proactive decision-making.
• Implement and monitor robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address potential financial risks.
• Manage cash flow effectively, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Evaluate and recommend banking relationships and financing options.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess investment opportunities and financial implications of business initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with MSc or MBA, CPA preferred.
• Proven 5 - 7 experiences as a Finance Controller or in the Fintech space with best practices values.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
