Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling our beauty products. As a Sales Representative for our beauty brand, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, social media savvy and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our beauty products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Agile enough to move around to create awareness and sell products to major supermarkets, marts etc.
• Develop a deep understanding of our beauty brand and product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position our brand in the market.
• Create a social media presence on all our pages, create content to engage the public.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
• Manage all social media platforms for the brand, text messages, emails, etc.
• Create content for each platform, twitter, TikTok, website (all up to date)
• Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the beauty industry.
• Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product development and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Stock taking, keeping, and reporting to the management.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong social media presence
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or cosmetics sector, is highly advantageous.
• This position requires you to move around to meet clients, attend events, and represent the brand.
