Job Description

• This role is pivotal in driving the company's digital presence and achieving marketing goals, with a focus on developing and executing effective online marketing strategies and fostering a vibrant community around the brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies tailored to our real estate projects, considering specific target audiences and project goals.
• Employ a combination of online and offline channels to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong community presence around the Xymbolic brand, promoting engagement and loyalty.
• Create and oversee online and offline events to engage with potential buyers, residents, and the local community.
• Produce compelling content for various channels including marketing collateral, social media, blogs, and other communication platforms.
• Highlight property features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings to attract and engage potential buyers.
• Manage and optimize Xymbolic's online presence across different platforms, including the website and social media.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Interact with potential buyers, providing information and responding to inquiries about our real estate offerings.
• Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
• Plan and execute real estate events, launches, and partnerships with local entities and influencers.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration and sponsorships that align with Xymbolic's values and goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, community engagement, and lead generation efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Solid understanding of real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and digital marketing tactics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
• Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
