• Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in tech Ecommerce and retail.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional solutions that drive digital transformation, support enterprise growth, and elevate consumer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
• Identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes in the Ecommerce and retail sectors.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate product updates and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations.
• Utilize insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and releases based on market demand and business impact.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Champion the user experience by collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions, optimize product performance, and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of product strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in Tech Ecommerce or retail space.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce technologies, retail operations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful product launches.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
