One of our products is the DSLMS.

Delta State Learning Management System (DSLMS) is a software application designed for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses and training programs. Key users of the LMS include students, lecturers and administrative staff of institutions, hence the need for an on-campus LMS Administrator.

Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator / Trainer

Location: Agbor, Delta

Objectives

• The objective of this role is to provide support to the Valuworks team, maximize LMS adoption, routinely train and engage users, provide end-user support, data management support, develop, deliver, and maintain resources on the LMS.
• You will serve as key contact person for Valuworks while interfacing with institutional users to drive the utilization of the product, support training activities, provide end-user support, ensure customer satisfaction, user engagement and related processes.

Job Description

• Facilitating and delivering routine training to users and providing support to training related programs.
• Develop, track and monitor adherence and effectiveness of LMS training programs.
• Routinely update databases and support data gathering, management and migration tasks
• Execute other several tasks as assigned or projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Execute all present and future onboarding of users to the LMS.
• Track usage of the LMS, promote adoption of LMS and provide support to LMS users, manage complaints and provide support to project operations.
• Manage technical and functional day-to-day operational aspects of the LMS.
• Engage users to gather feedback on product related issues to address and resolve LMS issues.
• Collaborate in making courses and course contents available and updated on the LMS
• Utilize excellent judgment and communication with others when working with sensitive data.
• Seek and document feedback results to help identify strengths and weaknesses as well as areas of opportunities.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
