Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Technical Support Engineer who has worked in any of these companies Hikvision project experience from Lambert, 21st Century Evolution, Redleaf Solutions, and G4S to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in CCTV equipment, including cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and related software. Knowledge of networking protocols and IP-based CCTV systems and a deep understanding of CCTV technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CCTV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose CCTV Network cameras, HDCVI Cameras, Network recorders, HDCVI recorders, Video doors, Access control, and integrated alarm systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV hardware and software.
• Collaborate with field technicians and clients to ensure efficient system operation.
• Designing CCTV systems based on the specific needs and requirements of clients.
• Overseeing the installation process to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Understanding how CCTV systems integrate with other security systems (access control, intrusion detection, etc.
• Managing network configurations for remote access and monitoring.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest CCTV technology and industry trends.
• Providing technical support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during or after the installation process.
• Understanding how CCTV systems integrate with other security systems (access control, intrusion detection, etc.
• Utilize expertise in CCTV systems to prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers.
• Certification in relevant CCTV technologies is a plus.
