Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive our technology strategy.
• The CTO will be responsible for the technical direction of the company, overseeing software development, infrastructure, and IT operations, and ensuring that our products and services are at the forefront of the industry.
• This role is pivotal in shaping our technology vision, executing strategies, and leading our talented tech team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and direction in the development and implementation of innovative fintech solutions.
• Drive the technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into our products.

Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the technology department.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new fintech products and features.
• Ensure the seamless integration of user experience, design, and technology to create exceptional customer-centric solutions.
• Drive the development of secure, scalable, and reliable software applications and platforms.

Assurance:

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of software quality, security, and performance.
• Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee the integrity of our products.

Security:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols to safeguard sensitive financial data.
• Lead initiatives related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and fraud prevention.

Partnerships:

• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and fintech stakeholders to explore strategic collaborations and integrations.
• Evaluate and negotiate technology partnerships that enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach.

Analytics:

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of our technology initiatives.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a technical leadership role within the fintech industry.
• Strong expertise in software development(must be full-stack developer with indepth knowledge of Node JS) , architecture, and infrastructure design.
• In-depth knowledge of fintech trends, digital payments, and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth.

Renumeration
2.5% stake in the company and a salary range between N400,000 - N600,000 / Month
