Job Description & Requirements

• Ethiopian Airlines, Kano Office is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant at its Kano Office with a Fixed Term Contract for one year with possibility of extension.
• Minimum of First Degree in any field.
• Candidates must possess a sound knowledge of the airline industry, administrative work, financial processes with well-established experience in administrative activities.

Required competencies:

• Experience in Administrative work is a plus.
• Age not more than 30 years old
• Possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical skills as well as Technology literacy Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking while managing office administrative tasks.
• Flexible in changing priorities and focus on short notice.
• Have ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
