Zino Aviation is a Pilot Training, Aviation Management & Consultancy firm offering a wide range of services such as advisory, consultancy, courses, flight training and career management services for aspiring pilots. We provide the necessary tools and expertise to help aspiring pilots go from zero knowledge about flying, to sitting in the cockpit flying for a top airline. We also provide management and logistic services for governments, airlines, and organisations seeking to train pilots.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:00)

About the Job

• We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team.
• This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics.
• As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
• You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive, Video Editor, Graphics Designer, and other team members to gain valuable experience.
• The ideal candidate must possess high attention to detail and have an interest in content production, copywriting, social media, and digital marketing.
• You must be a self-starter who can work quickly, juggle multiple tasks as well as meet and supersede deadlines.
• The ideal candidate must be well-organized, action-orientated, and prepared to work in a start-up environment.
• Should you perform to a very high standard during your internship, you will be retained as a Digital Marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in crafting and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Content Development: Help create compelling content for our blog, website, and social media, aligning with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• SEO and Analytics: Support SEO strategies and use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance
• Email Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities in digital marketing.
• Collaborative Projects: Work alongside team members on marketing campaigns, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Given our start-up environment, you will be expected to handle a range of administrative duties that may fall outside the typical scope of your digital marketing intern role.

Requirements
Preferred Skills:

• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating content for blogs, websites, or social media.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (not essential but highly desirable).
• Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table.
• Social Media Advertising: Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
• Passion for Marketing: A genuine interest and passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices.
