• As we expand and take on exciting new projects, we seek a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be at the heart of our operations, helping shape our culture, fortify our values, and ensure we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

• As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll oversee all HR practices and processes.
• This includes talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance.
• You will support business needs and ensure company strategy and objectives are adequately implemented.
• Your role will involve developing corporate plans on compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.
• Additionally, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to management, advising on best HR practices and providing innovative, scalable solutions to help drive growth, alignment, and performance across our organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a media/entertainment industry leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a clear, analytical approach to issues.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professionalism.
• Passion for fostering inclusive, diverse, and positive workplace environments.
