Job Title: Project and Admin Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description 

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project and Admin Coordinator.Our Organization is a non-profit social enterprise (or ministry), focused on teaching the principles of love in practical ways, to build stronger families, loving civilians and sustainable communities.
• The organization currently executes her mission through events, products (books) and media programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Our ideal candidateworks directly with the president, andisresponsible for overseeing, supporting and supplementing the effort of volunteers in the two units within the organization (Events and Operations) to coordinateprojectsand activities.
• The projects are Events, Products and Programs. The Organization has one event occurring every two months.

The Key responsibilities(or KPIs) of the Project and Admin Coordinatorinclude:

• Setting of Smart Goals (annual, quarterly and monthly goals) for the Events and Operations Units in consultation with the President, and communicating it with stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings with stakeholders and follow-up on the tasks; weekly report meeting with the president, monthly operations meeting with Teams/Volunteers, and other follow up meetings with sub-units. Includes also setting meeting agendas
• Management of the 6 annual events of the organization, and success metrics is increasing attendance and achievement of intended goals of the event through testimonials. The events are mostly online but can be onground,and typically occur once in every two months.
• Oversee and Lead the EventsTeamsfor the event, and Ready to stand as backup for key tasks if volunteers are unavailable in the following roles; Event Steering, Public Relations, Graphics and Media , and Social Media Marketing of Events.
• Oversee and steer the activities of the Operations Teams towards the achievement of the stipulated operation goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient use of Google products such as Sheet, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Gmail for effective collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail Oriented and Exceptional Eye for Excellence
• Versatile and capable of leading diverse teams across diverse domain and culture
• Self-Driven and Motivate, able to motivate others to perform tasks and achieve corporate goals.
