Job Description
Female Stylist:
Client Consultation:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, style, and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments.

Hair Styling:

• Execute a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in female hairstyling.

Client Services:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive and satisfying salon experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized services.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest hair care products and recommend suitable products for clients' at-home care.

Maintaining Work Area:

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
• Ensure that tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

• Promote additional salon services and retail products to enhance the client's overall experience.

Male Stylist:
Grooming Services:

• Provide grooming services tailored to the specific needs and preferences of male clients.
• Expertise in beard trims, shaves, and contemporary male hairstyles.

Client Consultation:

• Engage in detailed consultations with clients to understand their grooming preferences and lifestyle.

Hair and Scalp Treatments:

• Administer hair and scalp treatments to address various grooming concerns.
• Stay current with trends in male grooming and styling.

Client Education:

• Educate clients on proper grooming techniques and recommend at-home care routines.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about grooming products suitable for male clients and provide recommendations.

Maintaining Work Area:

• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to salon cleanliness and safety standards.

Customer Service:

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for male clients, providing a comfortable and enjoyable grooming experience.

General Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Specific Qualifications:
Female Stylist:

• Proven experience as a Female Stylist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
• Creativity and artistic flair.

Male Stylist:

• Proven experience as
• Strong knowledge of men's grooming trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in grooming services.
